Service Schedule
Setup
Simply said, Schedule is an
electronic representation of service with its appointment
calendar. Generally, Intersite Technologies recommends establishing
separate schedules for each type of service offered to
customers.
There are quite a few configuration settings
that are applicable to a schedule (too many to list them all
as a part of this tour) but one of the properties deserves
attention: Schedule Type
There are two types of
schedules supported by Online Appointment Manager:
Capacity and Personnel. The main difference
between the two is in a way they allow appointments to be
scheduled in relationship to the service personnel (described
later on in this tour).
