How much does a iTeasyCart cost?
Pricing is simple: With the Gold Package you pay $39.95/month for hosting of your store. There is no startup fee* and you can cancel whenever you want. For the Premium Package with site hosting and the iTeasyCart you pay $59.95 per month and again there is never a setup fee

* New Domain Name Registration (.com/.net/.org) Optional. $14.95/year Registration to use a personalized web address, like www.myonlinestore.com This service is optional and will be billed annually. If you would like more info on Domain Names click here. Customers can use a customized iTeasyCart web address, like secure.cartserv.net/start.asp?800 for free.

Free Trial and Terms of Use

Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. You can set up a trial account and create a store right now, with our free 30-day test drive. You'll see exactly how the tools work and get a feel for what it's like to run your EasyCart. You can cancel at any time with no obligation.

How does the 30-day trial work?
When you complete the iTeasyCart sign-up form, your free 30-day trial automatically begins. At any time during your free trial you can test drive iTeasyCart, Add and experiment with your inventory, place and process orders, and even open for business. After you finish your iTeasyCart test drive you'll secure your iTeasyCart account by entering some additional account information, including a credit card number. Then you may continue to work on your online store as often as you like. Your credit card will not be billed until 30 days from the date your free trial started, and you may cancel your iTeasyCart account at any time during the 30-day trial to avoid being charged.

Do I have to sign a contract with iTeasyCart?
While you do have to agree to our Terms of Service, you don't have to sign up for a fixed period of time. You can cancel your account at any time.

Do I have to know HTML to use iTeasyCart? Can I use code if I want to?
iTeasyCart works for everyone, whether you know HTML or not.

If you don't know HTML, our point-and-click tools make storefront design and management as easy as typing in the name, price, item number, description, etc., for each item you plan to sell, and clicking links to make selections about color and layout. On the other hand, if you know HTML, you can add HTML tags to the text that you enter.

Do I have to do it myself? Can someone build my store for me?

Do I need any special hardware or software to use iTeasyCart?
All it takes is what you're using to read this page -- a computer with a web browser and an Internet connection. To include images in your Store, you may want to have access to a digital camera or scanner.

Can I use a custom web address, like www.myonlinestore.com?
Yes, many of our merchants use custom web addresses (also known as domain names) with their storefronts. iTeasyCart includes a built-in domain registration service that lets you register your own web address or transfer one you already own.

Do I have to buy a custom web address if I don't have one?
No. All iTeasyCart storefronts automatically receive a free custom iTeasyCart web address, like secure.cartserv.net/start.asp?800. You do not need to purchase a custom web address to use CLICK HERE.

I have an inventory database. Can I use it to build my store?
Yes. You can upload your database files, inspect the data, and then build your entire site with one click. Several of our largest merchants have built their EasyCart storefronts this way.

Can I change a store once I've created it?
Yes. You can update your iTeasyCart as often as you want, from any Internet-connected computer. Some of our merchants update their stores several times a day. You can even edit your site behind the scenes, while visitors continue to shop at the current version of your store. Then, when you save your revisions, the updated version of your site becomes visible instantly.

Will my store look unique and professional?

Yes. iTeasyCart's tracking tools are powerful and extensive, and make it easy to view traffic and sales on a daily basis. This information gives you valuable insight and helps you make decisions about how to optimize your product line and how to better invest your time and money.

I already have a web site. Can I just use iTeasyCart for the e-commerce features?
Yes. Many of our users host only the storefront/ecommerce portion of their online business on iTeasyCart. For example, if you go to the official Cyd Charisse® "Shop" section, you will arrive at the Cyd Charisse online store, a iTeasyCart storefront hosted on our servers.

Is iTeasyCart available for merchants outside the United States?
iTeasyCart is available in every country.

Order Processing & Merchant Accounts

How can I receive orders from my customers?
There are three ways to receive orders:

Online. Most merchants view their orders online: Just go to the iTeasyCart Main page, sign in to your account, and go to the Back Office section of your eStore Manager to view orders over a secure connection.

As a database file. Some merchants with large inventories, high sales volume, and/or bricks and mortar businesses choose to retrieve their orders in a single database file, available in common database formats. This allows the merchants to integrate web orders into an existing order stream.

Via your own server. If you have your own secure server, you can have orders posted to you in real time. (Please Call our support line for more details 800-899-6667)

Can I process credit card transactions online using iTeasyCart?
You may process credit card orders online or through your existing in-store (offline) system -- it's up to you.

I don't have a merchant account yet. Can Intersite  help me get one?
Yes, you can apply online through any number of our integrated merchants. Your application will be processed in one to three business days. If you're accepted, your new merchant account will be hooked up to your store automatically.

I already have a merchant account. Can I use it with iTeasyCart?
You can use any preexisting merchant account to process your iTeasyCart orders offline. If you have a preexisting merchant account that is compatible with Authorize.net, Cybercash, Nova, Paymentech, Vital, Orbital, Echo, Skipjack, Card Service International, BluePay or any of our other integrated gateways, you can link your iTeasyCart to their systems instantly.
